Formerly a Yates pub of approximately 16,000 sq.ft, planning has been approved to demolish the rear part of the site while keeping the listed facade. When completed the development will consist of 21 two-bed flats and a 1,200 sq.ft commercial space. Demolition has been completed and work is under way with an estimated completion date of September 2021.
