Who we are

Westbourne Holding Limited was founded in 1998 and the company has since established a reputation for delivering excellence in some of the most prestigious areas of London and the South Coast of England. We have extensive knowledge of the property sector and we have successfully worked with Commercial and Residential Sales & Lettings, Investment, Development and Land Acquisitions.

In a saturated market what truly sets us apart is our uncompromising approach to what we do and the projects that we take on. The developments must be right for all involved and we can proudly say that we have always delivered. We love buildings, it is as simple as that, and when you couple this with a passion for the creative process, commercial understanding and project management, no problem is ever insurmountable.

Historically, we have completed developments across the whole of the UK although over the last 5 years we have focused primarily on projects in London and the South Coast, specifically Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Whether it be new builds or sympathetic residential conversions, the quality of our work is there for all to see.
